Developer Koei Tecmo has footage of the 3DS version of Hyrule Warriors on on its YouTube channel, as spotted by NeoGAF. The footage reveals Tetra and King Daphnes Nohansen Hyrule. I will link the the trailer below from LauraK’s YouTube channel as the original video has been set private.
Well it’s about god damn time…but seriously though, I am very excited. I returned my Wii U a year ago due to the system constantly forgetting either my actual sign in details or just randomly wiping my save files and/or data. So it’s safe to say I won’t be returning to purchase another any time soon. Now the 3DS on the other hand, that’s a system I am fully enjoying without hiccups.
As a Dynasty Warriors fan, I was tempted to buy another Wii U to play Hyrule Warriors (as I don’t know anyone personally with the console), but now it looks that Nintendo thought it was a shame not to boost sales further by introducing one of its most successful Wii U titles to its more successful portable sibling.
The game is due to be revealed officially at E3 and if this is one of the ideas Nintendo has moving forwards, I cannot wait to see what else they have in store next week.
